Damaged or Defective Items

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original contact used in the order confirmation, but not as a cash refund, as we operate on a cash-on-delivery basis. Instead, we will offer store credit or a replacement item, based on your preference.
